The RAC is dedicated to the cultivation of new audiences for modern and classical arts through participation, education, access, and affordable opportunities that will enable the community to experience both the creation and the final product of artistic expression.

We are devoted to fostering arts literacy within our youth and to connect school audiences with mainstream professionals.

We are committed to quality. We embrace constructive media and artistic feedback and encourage open communication with patrons and staff.

The RAC belongs to the community; a venue for its members to enjoy contemporary, classical, as well as many different genres of concerts for everyone to enjoy. Theatre, dance, poetry, literature, visual arts exhibitions and public functions, are also a big part of the events held at the Riverview Arts Centre.
