FOH Audio Engineer

Peter Brzezicki began his career in Poland as a professional musician playing bass, acoustic guitar and singing in a blues-rock group.  He decided to pursue formal education in audio electronics and sound engineering, eventually writing a thesis on Reverberation & Acoustics, and graduated with a diploma in Electronic Engineering Technology.

He was employed as an audio and lighting engineer in a theatre in Warsaw, Poland.  After leaving Poland, he became an audio technician for his wife, Dorothy Brzezicki, a classical concert harpist, which led him to become involved as the sound engineer in a production of the “Symphony in Vienna”.

This event established his reputation as a qualified sound engineer.  He has been professionally involved in audio engineering ever since, and has earned the respect and esteem of those who have worked with him.

Peter is an Executive Director and also Technical Director for the Riverview Arts Centre.  In addition, he is operating his own recording studio and works as a sound engineer for various performers.

Known for his passion for bringing the latest technologies into his audio work and his analytical approach to the musical content, Peter has been praised by many performing artists for his ability to reproduce, in a live environment, audio that closely resembles the original recorded material.
